- Social login providers — If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and a unique identifier from those services. We do not receive your social media password.

- Process exercise videos and deliver real-time form analysis and feedback

3. SMS and Messaging
When you provide your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from FormVidya for account verification, authentication, and account notifications.
- Types of messages: Account verification codes (OTP), authentication security codes, and account status notifications
- Frequency: Messages are sent only when you initiate a sign-in or account action. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
- Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. For help, reply HELP or email support@formvidya.com
- Carriers: Supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is shared only with our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages to you.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — With trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Services (e.g., cloud hosting, SMS delivery, email delivery, analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

Exercise videos are processed for analysis and are not stored permanently on our servers unless you explicitly choose to save them.
