Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your FormVidya account and its data at any time — from inside the app, or by emailing us if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete your account in the app
- Open FormVidya and go to Profile → Settings
- Choose Delete account
- Confirm your identity (biometric, or a one-time code sent to your phone or email)
- Review what will be deleted and confirm
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to the app, email info@formvidya.com with the subject line “Account deletion request” from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you registered with so we can verify the request is yours. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile and sign-in credentials
- Your workout history and form scores
- Your connections to professionals (trainers, physical therapists, clubs) are ended
- Any active subscription is cancelled
What may be retained
Records we are legally required to keep (for example, billing records) are retained for the legally required period and are anonymized — they are no longer linked to you. Everything else is deleted.
Partial data deletion
If you want to remove specific data without deleting your whole account (for example, a single workout session), you can delete individual sessions in the app, or email info@formvidya.com and we will help.
