By providing your phone number when you create a Pose Perfect account, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from FormVidya.
What messages will I receive?
- Account verification codes — One-time passcodes (OTP) to verify your phone number during registration or sign-in
- Authentication messages — Security codes for secure account access
- Account notifications — Important updates about your account status or security alerts
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your use of the app. Verification and authentication messages are sent only when you initiate a sign-in or account action. You will not receive marketing or promotional text messages.
Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. FormVidya is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for receiving SMS messages.
How to opt out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message from FormVidya
- Updating your notification preferences in your account settings
- Contacting us at support@formvidya.com
Opting out of SMS may affect your ability to use phone-based authentication. For help, reply HELP to any message or email support@formvidya.com.
Supported carriers
SMS is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and privacy
We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is shared only with our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages to you. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
