Safety & Reporting
If someone makes you uncomfortable on FormVidya, you can block them and report them — directly in the app, or by emailing info@formvidya.com. That inbox is monitored, and every report is reviewed.
How interactions work on FormVidya
FormVidya is not an open social network. The only people who can message you or see the training data you choose to share are professionals (trainers, physical therapists, clubs) you have explicitly connected with — and for professionals, only clients whose connection request they have accepted. There are no public profiles, feeds, or comments, and strangers cannot contact you.
Report abuse in the app
Both sides of a connection can report the other:
- Clients: open the professional’s page (Circle → your professional) and choose Report from the menu, or use the report action in any conversation.
- Professionals: open the client’s entry in your client list and choose Report client, or use the report action in any conversation.
Pick a category (harassment, inappropriate content, spam, safety concern, or other) and add any details you want us to know. Reports are recorded immediately and reviewed by the FormVidya team.
Block someone in the app
Blocking works from both sides of a connection and takes effect immediately. When you block someone:
- All messaging between you stops, in both directions
- All data sharing between you stops
- They disappear from your lists, and you from theirs
- They cannot reconnect with you
You can also simply end a connection at any time without blocking — ending stops messaging and sharing too, but leaves reconnection possible later.
Report by email
If you prefer not to report in the app, or no longer have it installed, email info@formvidya.com with the subject line “Abuse report”. Include what happened, who was involved, and roughly when. We review every report and take action where our Terms of Service are violated — up to removing the offending account.
If you are in danger
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Then report the account to us so we can act on it.
